- How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is FREE on all of our products (within the continental United States). No minimums required.
- How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll start processing it immediately. Your order will be dispatched to you in 1-3 working days.
- How Long Would It Take To Receive My Order?
After your order is shipped, it will take between 3-8 working days for you to receive your items depending on your location.
- How Do I Track My Shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number. You can use it to track exactly where your order is.
- Which Courier Will Deliver My Order?
We work with different shipping providers to ensure the fastest shipping times for you. Some of them are: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS as well as as other premium couriers.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
At this moment, we only ship within the US.
Order Confirmation:
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost.

Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.

Q1: What devices are compatible with the RIVER Pro?
A. The RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with the X-Boost mode on, which lets you power about 80% of essential devices like kitchen appliances and DIY tools. This includes but is not limited to home appliances like lights, small refrigerators, televisions, hairdryers, and outdoor devices like phones, laptops, cameras, drones, electric kettles, and more.
Use devices below 1200W for the best product experience. It is not recommended to use the RIVER series power station to power heavy-duty devices e.g., air conditioners, ovens, washing machines.
Please conduct full test on a case-by-case basis to confirm the X-Boost feature works with your appliances.
Upgrade the RIVER Pro to the latest firmware using the EcoFlow App before using the X-Boost feature.
Q2: How many solar panels can I connect to the RIVER Pro?
A. You can connect the RIVER Pro to one 110W Solar Panel or one 160W Solar Panel. If you require more power, connect two 110W Solar Panels in parallel to the RIVER Pro using a Solar Parallel Cable (sold separately).
Q3: Can I use 1800W devices with RIVER Pro?
A. The RIVER Pro can support devices up to 1800W with X-Boost. This is tested on a case-by-case basis. It is recommended to use devices below 1200W for a better product experience.
It is not recommended to use the RIVER series power station to power heavy-duty devices e.g., air conditioners, ovens, washing machines.
Please conduct full test on a case-by-case basis to confirm the X-Boost feature works with your appliances.

Q4: Can I use the RIVER Pro with other EcoFlow Extra Battery?
A. You can only connect RIVER Pro power station to RIVER Pro Extra Battery. The RIVER Pro is not designed for use with other Extra Battery.
Q5: Can I use the RIVER Pro Extra Battery with other products?
A. You can only connect one EcoFlow RIVER Pro Extra Battery to one EcoFlow RIVER Pro power station. The RIVER Pro Extra Battery is not designed for use with any other power stations. If you wish to purchase an Extra Battery for the RIVER, please purchase the RIVER Extra Battery (sold separately at the EcoFlow Online Store).
Q6: How do I store the RIVER Pro Extra Battery?
A. Please store the RIVER Pro Extra Battery in a dry place and avoid direct contact with water. If you wish to store the battery for a long time, please charge it to 30-50%, turn off the main switch, and store it at room temperature to extend the battery life.
Q7: What are the differences between the RIVER Pro and the R600 Pro?
A. Here we listed some similarities and differences between the RIVER Pro and the R600 Pro:
RIVER Pro and R600 Pro have a similar capacity: RIVER Pro: 720Wh vs R600 Pro: 768Wh. Both can be recharged via AC wall outlet, 12V car charge and solar panels and has 10 available outlet options, including 3 x AC output, 2 x USB-A, 1 x USB-A fast charge, 1 x USB-C, 1 x Car cigarette output, 2 x DC5521. Both can be recharged from 0% to 80% in 1 hour and fully recharged 1.6 hours.
RIVER Pro has the advantages in wider discharge temperature range and lighter weight. R600 Pro has the advantages in longer lifecycle and capability to connect an additional unit in parallel via X-link.
RIVER Pro and R600 Pro have their own accessories options. For instance, the RIVER Pro and the R600 Pro do not share the same Extra Battery option: The RIVER Pro can connect to a RIVER Pro Extra Battery but the RIVER Pro Extra Battery do not work with the R600 Pro. Meanwhile the R600 Pro can connect to a EF1500 but the EF1500 do not work with the RIVER Pro.
The RIVER Pro is now selling at EcoFlow Official website, Amazon.com and other authorized EcoFlow dealers. Although the R600 Pro is not selling anymore, we will continue to provide customer support and warranty service for the product.
Q8: Can I charge DELTA series power stations with RIVER series power station AC charging cables?
A. DO NOT use RIVER series portable power station AC charging cables on DELTA series power stations. EcoFlow takes no responsibilities for any damages caused by customers' failure to follow instructions. Doing so will void the warranty.
