All EcoFlow products purchased on generatorshopusa.com come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out above.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases on generatorshopusa.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
· Lost or stolen products;
· Free products.
Valid Proof of Purchase
Order number of purchases made through generatorshopusa.com; Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

- How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is FREE on all of our products (within the continental United States). No minimums required.
- How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll start processing it immediately. Your order will be dispatched to you in 1-3 working days.
- How Long Would It Take To Receive My Order?
After your order is shipped, it will take between 3-8 working days for you to receive your items depending on your location.
- How Do I Track My Shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number. You can use it to track exactly where your order is.
- Which Courier Will Deliver My Order?
We work with different shipping providers to ensure the fastest shipping times for you. Some of them are: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS as well as as other premium couriers.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
At this moment, we only ship within the US.
Order Confirmation:
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Shipping Times:
We provide ground shipping to the lower 48 states.
Orders to AK & HI are shipped by AIR at additional cost.

Shipping to the lower 48 states usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier we use (FedEx, UPS and/or USPS) and delivery location.

Q1: What's the difference between RIVER, RIVER Max and RIVER Pro?
A. Each of the RIVER Series has its advantages. RIVER is ideal for lightweight, grab-and-go power, which you can expand with the extra battery. RIVER Max includes the extra battery by default, which you can remove to go lightweight. RIVER Pro is made for those that need even more capacity for off-grid, long haul adventures.
Q2: Can I control RIVER Pro remotely?
A. Yes. You can control RIVER Pro using your phone. Just link to it in the EcoFlow app to control it from afar.
Q3: Can RIVER Max handle high-wattage appliances?
A. Yes. RIVER Pro can power devices up to 1800W with our proprietary technology, X-Boost. *X-Boost can run devices that require up to 1800W, however, it’s best to test before use. Some 600W–1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (e.g. air compressors).
Q4: Can I use solar panels with RIVER Pro?
A. Yes. You can connect up to 2 sets of 110W solar panels to sustainably charge your RIVER Pro in under 3 hours.
Q5: Can RIVER Pro be used as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)?
A. It can be an emergency power source (EPS), which will have the same result as UPS for most electronics. Here's the difference. When your RIVER Pro is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, RIVER Pro automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. That means anything connected will not have power for 30 milliseconds, which may mean sensitive electronics like desktop computers and data servers turn off. Test your devices individually to see if they need UPS to stay powered.
Q6: How do I get the most solar power?
A. Increase the efficiency of your solar panel by facing it directly at the sun without any obstructions. Remember to be careful when handling your solar panel because damaged cells provide less power.
Q7: Does it charge if it's inside?
A. Yes, if the only thing between it and the sun is transparent, but it won’t charge as well compared to being outside. You can compare the difference by looking at the input section of your power station’s LCD screen.
